Avon/Canton Chamber of Commerce Welcome One of the Newest Members of the Avon/Canton Chamber JB Dance Wellness is not your typical dance studio. At JB Dance Wellness they blend dance, mindfulness, and wellness to help dancers grow in confidence, joy, and self-love—on and off the dance floor. Dancers learn fun and inspiring routines, build flexibility and technique, and have the opportunity to perform what they’ve learned. They also gain powerful tools to regulate their nervous system, quiet the mind, set and achieve meaningful goals, visualize success, cultivate a growth mindset, and practice kindness toward themselves and others.
